Same quality bands from anywhere else they can be purchased. The grip is fine, they will have to be adjusted at times. I like how many options of weight resistance you get and that they come in their own bag for organization and travel.

Nice quality! Bands are good length for using around my ankles and thighs. I got them on a lightening deal so the price was great too. I liked that it came with some suggested exercises and will add some of these to my routine.

Good set of resistance bands in varying resistance, I like the fact that they are different colors so it is easy to distinguish out of the carry bag. They work well in my workout. My only minor issue is the bands are a little flimsy and tend to roll together on certain exercises which is annoying and sometimes I have to stop to smooth them out because it is cutting into me.
