After taking for the couple of months, i really enjoy it. it took me a little bit of time to get used to it. Mainly i mix this with my morning protein shake so i can get more fiber and good Omega3. This product helps me with digestive system and bow movement. I love that this product is organic and easy to add to drinks or meal. Will continue to get more.
