Not packaged well
NO MONEY REFUNDED. Four of the frames arrived shattered. It is a simple, cheap frame, but even so, better packaging would ensure safe arrival. Amazon will not let you just get 4 of the 24 frames replaced - you have to box up and ship all 24 back, including 20 perfectly usable ones with the 4 damaged, then get a new box of 24 sent to you and hope that none break. Not worth my time, as I needed these to frame awards that are being presented next week. So I'm out approximately $2.75 x 4, which isn't a lot, but in this day and age, every penny counts.

If I could give less than one star, I would.
The majority of the frames are busted on one or more corners or the glass was cracked even though they came with corner protecters and plastic wrap. This isn't a shipping issue as they box they came in was intact. My problem is we only use one or two a month so the issue wasn't discovered until too late to return. Stay away from this product unless you plan to unwrap every one to inspect when you receive them.
