A must for any kitchen
I love the set. Great variety Packaging is fabulous and would present well for a gift. The taste is heavenly. I’ve exchanged a sprinkle of these in place of a traditional salad dressing

Good for cooking
I may not exactly be qualified to give an opinion here as I'm no expert on balsamic ANYTHING lol. This was an ingredient in a recipe I saw on YouTube that I wanted to try and since I had no idea what kind of balsamic vinegar to get, I went with this one after doing a little bit of research. 4 different flavors AND on sale, terrific, bought it, used it and LOVED IT! Have only 1 bottle left, now I'm using balsamic vinegar for other recipes and they turn out great every time. Just thought it might be worth mentioning to some of you!?

Thought it was supposed to be thicker.
Taste is great, thought it was supposed to be thicker though. Bottle is was easy to tip over talk and skinny but saves on storage room.

Love these flavors! Highly recommend!
I'm on a Whole Food Plant Based No Fat diet and this fills the bill for salads. I love these. Great flavor. Strong on smell but not strong on vinegar taste. Just the right balance to add to everything. I shall be buying this regularly. Highly recommend them. Great for gift giving, too.

Blech
These flavored balsamic vinegars are gross. I'd never had balsamic before but have several recipes that needed it. Specially the Fig flavor. I noticed right away that these were thin liquid. Having read up on balsamic I thought it would be much thicker. Then I tasted it. Was I surprised at how gross tasting these were. They tasted nothing like the flavor they were "infused" with. Had no hint of sweetness at all. I love a good vinegarette on a salad but didn't want to ruin a good salad with these. I threw them all in the trash. The experience kept me from buying anymore for a long time. Then I went to a local store that just opened that has several flavors you can taste. I decided to try the fig flavor there to compare and I was blown away at the difference. I ended up trying a dozen different balsamic vinegars. Loved all of them and purchased three different flavors. These just don't cut it. If you can, find a place near you that sells vinegars and olive oil and skip this stuff. You'll be glad you did.
