I do a lot of running and walking. This product is great for preventing blisters. Second time ordered here because local stores don't carry it, or if they do, the price is much higher. It's easy to apply, doesn't leave a residue on my socks or cause any adverse skin reaction. I no longer get a blister from one of my pairs of less-well-fitting running shoes. And you can use it elsewhere on your body.

this stuff is fantastic. it prevents blisters and pain. bottom line. i rub this all over my toes, the space under the toes. around my ankles and definitely behind my heels. dont forget your pinky toes too!ive worn my sandals longer than before I had this. also used this to wear heels at a wedding and it helped tremendously. i will order another one when im out and cant praise it enough.

I bought this for a trip coming up soon. I tested it out and it works really well. I used it on a normal walk where I don't normally chafe or blister, but the difference of how it felt was noticeable. I'm not sure how to describe it but there were definitely less friction as I walked. It's also nice and compact so it's easy to travel with. This will definitely help on those days when I'm going to be on my feet all day.

This product is good. Regretted didn't buy it earlier. I had seen it a few years back but didn't buy it. Was planning to go on a trip and got it on an impulse. Didn't regret. It really minimize the blisters I would had gotten had I didn't apply it when I wore my sandals. I didn't wear the sandals as it rubbed my foot real bad previously. As it is summer season soon, I took it out to try with the body glide. Well it was good! Although it still have some redness but it was still effective. One just need to apply more on the affected areas before wearing shoes etc.

I recently needed to wear brand new, not broken in heels for a full day at a professional conference and then to the airport, through security, to my gate etc. So a lot of walking, and I was worried about my feet given the heels were not broken on, were brand new, and were pretty cheap here on Amazon.Tried this stuff. No bandaids, no moleskin, no wraps, nothing else, just a light layer of this on my feet.I was still comfortable walking after 12 hours in the shoes and not a single blister. I call that a miracle. I will never wear heels without using this again.

This item worked like a dream!!! I walked all over the city for two weeks exploring all the sights. . . no blisters at all!! The last time I walked around 6 hours at Disney and my feet were covered with blisters. Nearly every toe had a blister and the bottom of my feet had blisters. I searched for a way to avoid this . . . new shoes? new socks? Nope, all I needed was Body Glide Foot. Apply on each toe; top, bottom and sides. And the sides of your foot - anywhere you think a blister may develop. No blisters!!!

Ok, I don't normally write reviews and I really like this product but y'all are ridiculous for the size of this thing for $9. Like seriously, make it the size of a regular deodorant stick. I just bought this and the little piece is already falling out of the tube like it's at the end of it's life. Not only is it small packaging but it seems like the stick inside is shorter now too. Where are your ethics, body glide? Like yeah I am a customer and I want to buy this but actually give me some product and not a practically empty tiny tube for $9.

I love this product, I always have problems with new shoes because they peel and since they are so white, my skin turns red. When I use this type of shoes, I put it on the parts where the shoe rubs and it is much more comfortable and I avoid the discomfort.
