I've eaten it for years. It's so hard to find in stores now, so this is my go-to. I love the giant bags. While on the surface, it seems expensive, have you *seen* the price of cheese? I make my own cheese snacks with various meats and spices and it costs me so much to make mine. I have no problem paying what this costs.It's a giant bag, equivalent to several small bags. I do wish the other flavors, like the pizza one, were available as large bags. I love the cheddar, the pepper jack is good, not a huge fan of the gouda because it's so neutral, it doesn't really taste like much of anything. What I have found that's delicious is sprinkling some ranch dressing mix onto it and shaking it up. Then it's like cheddar-ranch. I've done the same with buffalo seasoning and ranch and that's *really* good. I imagine the gouda would work well for this mod since it is so neutral. I have some honey-mustard seasoning... maybe a bag of gouda will make its way here.Overall, this is just a really good product. I eat low-carb and that can really make one miss the crunchy, chippy snack things so this is a great way to get the texture I crave with the low carb I need.Always good quality, always fresh, a good value, no complaints except wishing for more flavors in the big bags. The little bags do get quite expensive if bought separately.

This is very good snack instead of regular chips with all the additive ingredients not good for you. This replaces those chips and its really good and healthy. I am truly glad I have ordered and will continue to order once I finish my stash now.

These are amazing! I love the texture, how cheesy they are, and the size. They’re the perfect cheesiness. Perfect semi hard crunch. Way better than regular cheese balls plus the limited ingredients are amazing!!!!

I thought they tasted good, but way Overpriced, the price should be about 2 bucks a pack. I had to try them knowing I would never buy them again when they are so over priced.

Dried cheese does seem a little bland, but I use mine in a homemade Trail mix in which I add seasonings. It makes a delicious snack and I love the crunch!

Moon cheese bites are a fantastic snack. I’ve been eating them for the past 5 years when I found the on Amazon and they are always great tasting. Everyone will like the size of the package, the texture of each bite, and the protein content for those on a low carb diet.

If you like cheese crisps you will like these. They are baked crunchy nuggets of gouda that hit that salty snack craving without carbs. I keep a bag at work and one in the car. Nice protein boost and they do not get smashed like chips.

Been eating moon cheese for years. Absolutely love it. Delicious. It’s just very expensive. I wish it were a little more affordable. $30 for 20 ounces is crazy but I love it so much so I save up and buy it. I feel like it could be priced more like $20 for the 20oz. Anyway, it’s delicious and I’ll probably keep paying the crazy prices.
