Heavy duty lock but the buttons are backwards
Great lock. Easy to install and nice locking feature, but the buttons are backwards. After inputting your code, you must press the “unlock” button for it to lock and visa versa.Update: it’s tricky but you can program this lock and it works as it should. Upgrading to 5 star!

Good buy for the price
Works good, looks good, easy to install. We installed this knob to make life easier for family to get imto our older grandmothers house. Now she dosent have to get up to open the door for us to visit.

Doesn't work for a darn
This "lock" certainly doesn't function the way we thought a lock would. It either doesn't lock, won't open or the handle falls off. We've had a professional door installer return 6 times to help us get this thing to work. Unfortunately our time lapsed to return, due to the new door order being delayed and then sent to the wrong store. So now we have a useless piece of garbage that does nothing but frustrate us.

Don't Overtighten Mount Plate!
To start, we LOVE this unit! When it's installed correctly and works properly, it's a GEM! Been using ours for a couple years now with only a need to change batteries once!With every crank of the screws to tighten the mount plate (inside), the key barrel pulled inward and would no longer work with keys! Had to swap unit due to no way to remedy.

Love this lock!
Works wonderful. Had to change lock function. No instructions for it. So I had figure it out on my own. Not a big deal though.

I received a brass lock but silver door knob?
Great lock and easy to install but combo pad and door knob didn’t match. Needed to install immediately so couldn’t return.

Easy Install, heavy duty
Easy to install. No issues so far.. does not lock automatically like my last one, only thing I don’t like about it.
