Update to My Previous Review – Excellent Resolution and GratitudeI wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarity—getting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made.However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several months’ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right.I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever.As for the product itself—it remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through.The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isn’ttoo good but I’ve definitely seen worse. Billing note that’s a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.

This thing works! Love that you can use the "Time Machine" feature to see where your vehicle was on different days and times. Active tracking works quite well also and updates fast and accurately. It came with a solid strong magnetic case that snaps closed and keeps the tracker secure. We use this to make sure we know where our vehicle is and have made anyone driving it aware that it does have a tracker, but I could see this being used if someone was concerned for an older relative or family member. The subscription was fairly priced in my opinion and had a cheap option to add on coverage for the device itself, which I did do.

Accurate enough, will get the job done. The pings off a bit but close enough, battery last 3 to 4 days

It works sooo good, the battery last maybe 2 weeks and the tracking is almost spot on. You don't need the waterproof case if you put the tracker somewhere inside the car or wherever it won't get wet. Setup wasn't difficult. And customer service is great, they send you all the necessary tips on how to get going and get into it. Definitely a recommended purchase.

Absolutely more than I expected For the price it’s dead on accurate and serves its purpose and sometimes

Tracker is pretty accurate for what I need. But most of the time it’s 4 mints behind or the location pin shows in a different location or cross the street. Also when the battery is half way like at 50% the gps freezes for about 3 hours or so and I can located the gps until it gets back on the satellite. Other than that it’s ok.

I'm a caregiver for my disabled veteran father in law. He likes to wonder off, I've tried multiple different trackers including air tag, and had no success with everything needing to be connected through Bluetooth somehow. He doesn't carry a phone . I recieved this same day shipping last night and just turned it on and started testing it out but I can say so far, I'm very pleased. FINALLY something that tracks him in real time with pinpoint location. It was a little confusing to set up but if you go to the website to look up the manual it's easy peasy. (it doesn't come with instructions except for activation) it's a bit bulky, especially with the case. But we don't plan to use that since it'll just go in his pocket. The magnets on the care are SUPER strong though. Photos added to show size coompared to normal bic lighter
