this was such a great buy!you get tons of capsules for an affordable price and it arrived at my house quickly, and that’s with standard shipping.i definitely feel a boost of energy throughout the day after taking them. lord knows i need it lolthe only thing i dislike about them is the taste and smell!! i have a hard time getting them down because of it but i feel like most vitamins are like that so it shouldn’t be a reason to not want to try them out10/10 recommend and will be purchasing more once these run out :)

I like this actually! You get the natural energy high same as you would from fruit like a VERY sweet apple! Definitely feel the pump from it in ANY area I work out. Due to prostate cancer being a thing in my family I’ve been doing Kegals (both reg and reverse where i take a deep breath and push AGAINST my pelvic floor and not just contract)for prostate health since I was about 18 so I have two real fronts to judge this on and this DEFINITELY benefits that muscle more then synthetic NO2 products who are just mimicking the natural NO2 beets cause inside us! They are 500mg capsules, read the ultra fine print.
It takes four capsules to get the 2000mg. I know it says per serving on the bottle in the hardest possible to see font in existence, but I just want other potential buyers to be aware that this serving size is 4 capsules. So take the quantity on the front of the bottle and divide it by 4 to get how long you can actually take the bottle for.

It's Beets
Okay, it's powdered beets. I like beets. I'd rather eat them, sliced and cooked. Do these capsules help regulate my blood pressure? I don't know; I take so much other stuff for that. I'll keep takin' these, too.
