Too warm
Natural brown is red hue and warm. If you're an ash brown or cool toned girly, this isn't going to work.

I love E.L.F products and this fills in my eyebrows nicely. I can apply a small amount for a natural look or apply more for a dramatic look. Doesn't rub off during the day, but removes easily with any makeup, face cleansing.

Simple, quick, and natural looking
OK. I'm a believer. As my aging brows have gotten thinner and thinner, I've tried a variety of pencils and powders. This is simplest, quickest, and more natural looking. And while I used to use charcoal or brown-black, the neutral work well.
