This is a lovely, milky-white, fine silver chain. The value for the money is, I feel, excellent. The quality of the chain is very good. Having said these things, for me it will not work for the pendant and cross I wanted to use it with, because it is both too thin and too long. However, because I am so impressed with the quality of this chain, and because the price was so good, meaning, of course, low, I am going to place another order for a shorter, thicker chain with the same seller. I so appreciated their comprehensive pictures and explanations of the different kinds of chains, included in each of their listings, that it's like one-stop shopping for me; anytime I need a chain for a certain purpose, I will simply navigate to this seller and choose the appropriate selection. I think it's really cool that they bothered to do that, to put the pictures up for those of us who don't know these things, and it saved me having to do a mini-research project on the Web just to order the best chain for the job. I would say, after you check the measurement in both width and length, go ahead and order in confidence from this seller, the quality of the chain I received was just that good. So nice when that happens!!

I am so happy when I got this chain as it is REAL SILVER. I was skeptical because I had ordered from another seller that claimed chain was 925 silver BUT IT TURNED MY NECK GREEN!! This one did not and ilhas not tarnished, it is very shiny, pretty and been durable. Also great price point.

This is the third of these chains I've bought in 6 years. The first two broke a link and I figured that's from wearing it all the time and living a pretty active life. This one, though, wouldn't even open. There was a tiny silver ball embedded in the clasp and attached by metal to either side of its interior. When I finally, gently, pried that ball out, the tongue of the clasp fell right out. Luckily, this time I have a neighbor with wire work skills, and she's fixing it for me. (I'm too clumsy to fix this kind of fine work myself. Don't judge. Okay, go ahead and judge.)

I wanted a strong chain to hold my 2 pendants 24/7. The 24" would be too short so I bought the 30" chain that is a little longer than I wanted but its length is still perfect when compared to the 24" (I wish they had 26" & 28".) This chain is beautiful, it is the perfect width (1.5mm) and it is soooo strong. It just drapes and catches on nothing. I also like the color of the chain is white (not the color of most silver chains.) I have always worn 14Kt yellow gold and stayed away from silver because I did not like the look but this chain looks more like 14kt white gold than like sterling silver. Love it, love it, love it. I will be wearing it 24/7 and after sweating in the very hot summer days and bathing at night I will find out how often it has to be polished to get rid of tarnish (but that will be not big deal.) Again I have to say I love tis chain, it is perfect!UPDATE: I received chain yesterday and wore it (with pendants) all day and all night and when I woke up this morning the chain turned from white to black (tarnish.) I thought OMG. I used a silver cleaner on it to remove tarnish and it looks like it did when I received it but if it is tarnished every morning when I wake up the chain is going back and I will wear my pendants on 14kt gold chains. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars.UPDATE: I have had this chain for 3 days & every morning it is black w/ tarnish & I had to polish the chain each day to make it wearable so it is going back.
