If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site. I love the taste! but I was always that strange kid who loved the chewable vitamins, so no surprise there. The taste is very similar and quite pleasant, and the texture of the liquid is thick but smooth. Within just a few days I noticed a bit more energy and that I wasn't compelled to take a power nap after lunch - a big win since I'm so busy. The quality of MaryRuth's liquid vitamins is superior to tablets or capsules because the effects are fast and I don't have to choke down a fat pill.The only drawback was the slight discomfort, like indigestion, within about 10 minutes after taking it. I was doing a full dose after breakfast so I just split it into a breakfast then a lunch dose and the discomfort went away. Still 5 stars because it's a great product that has enhanced my nutrition.

This is a great product. I have been using this for a few months now, and I can feel the difference. I have more energy, and I feel better overall. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try. The taste is not that bad. I don't care for raspberry, but I was surprised at how well it tasted.

This is a pretty awesome formula. The surplus of vitamins & minerals provide an energy boost to last throughout the day. *tip: Drinking a glass of water after consuming the recommended dosage helps to prevent upset tummy.The bottle label states to discard 6 months after opening, but I feel it starts diminishing in quality after about 2 months (I can taste the metallic of the iron, which is pretty typical for an expiring liquid iron supplement.) I recommend buying the smaller bottle if it’s just for one individual; the larger bottle for multiple individuals.

Love the vitamin supply here. Natural and easy to consume with other juices. Taste is not bad. Great price as well.

Iv’e tried so many multivitamins , but this one has stuck. It’s super easy to take, and because it’s liquid , I know my body’s actually absorbing it better . I feel more energized in the mornings, and my skin has noticeably improved. Bonus : it doesn’t taste gross like most vitamins. Highly recommend if you want something simple and effective !
