I don’t normally write reviews - but this product is WORTH IT! I was considering PT or a pricier gym assessment/massage for several months of nagging neck pain - but decided to try this option first. My expectations were low - but I figured $25 was worth a shot - and I’ve been really impressed. It gives a good, deep muscle massage and provides really excellent, immediate pain relief. The heat function isn’t super noticeable IMO, possibly because the kneading massage quality is so good?I can see where people could complain about the aggressiveness/hardness of both the apparatus itself and the massage it provides; it does take a minute or so to get used to/loosened up - but as long as you’re not someone who despises deep tissue massages (in which case, I’m not sure why you’d buy this…) - it becomes comfortable quite quickly.I can also see where people aren’t pleased with “fit” - the ball spacing isn’t adjustable, so that’s too be expected - but I think that most people with a semi-standard build will find some positioning that’s comfortable and effective.I haven’t messed much with the speeds and don’t have feedback on long term durability - but first impression and early results are great.

I’m using this item as I type and it really is a great product. I’ve been using it since yesterday and I think my favorite feature is the heating feature. It’s easy to use, it’s not heavy and you can pretty much take it anywhere. The cable is long enough. The massage quality is good. I love using it while I work (I work remote) and the pressure may be too sturdy at times but you can change the “speed” and “strength”. Overall, it’s a great product. The only con for me is that it needs to be plugged in to work. Other than that, it works great.

I ordered this back massager because I was in a car accident over 25 years ago (yeah I’m pretty old-lol) and I tilted a disc which was pinching a nerve in my lower back so that I was in bed for over a week not being able to move after my accident. I went to physical therapy and they “straightened” the tilted disc and I was mobile again. However I have always had reoccurring pain in my lower right side and right glute. I can’t be standing too long like waiting in a grocery line or washing dishes for more than 10 minutes before my back starts to ache.I’ve tried muscle relaxers, Icy hot, heating pads but nothing seems to take away that deep ache so that is where this back massager comes into play. The only relief I get from this muscle aches is when I go get a massage. I LOVE GETTING A MASSAGE and if I could afford it then I’d get one weekly. But I cannot afford it so this mighty back massager kneads my back and glutes like it is nobody’s business. Some might say it is a little too hard for them but it is perfect for me who needs a deep tissue massage. I don’t know how I went without this baby for so long. Would I still love to get a weekly massage by a masseuse? Heck yeah. Can I afford it? Heck no. But with this back massager, I don’t feel so bad about not being able to get a professional massage. It is good to know that after a hard, long day of work when my back starts to ache, I can go home and sit on my couch, watch my favorite tv show while this back massager relieves my aches and pains.This machine is definitely worth the price. Some reviewers have complained that the mesh has broken but I’ve had this massager for close to a year and use it regularly and mine is still good. I’m thinking even if it did break, rip or wear down, it would still be worth it because this massager cost less than a 1 hour massage session and it has given me many “sessions” of massages and kneading. lol 😂. Totally worth its weight in gold or pesos!!!!!

Works well, but pretty sure its already been used before recieving...Hopefully its not a blood stain...Unzipped it, but there's no signs of rust so... either someone had really dirty sweat or it was a blood stain from a pimple...

Papillon! Omg... this helps my lower back soooo much. A coworker had this and we all used it in the office & I freaking just had to get one for my house. Feels sooo amazing. Bought one for my bf & he loved it but OVER USED it and became sore. I warned him but he didnt listen. Only use it for 20 minutes at a time. Its like a deep tissue massage. It will hurt you if you over use.
