I believe they’re supposed to be eaten before an exercise or fitness thing so that you’re getting energy used in the right way to burn fat but they’re pretty low calorie and they’re absolutely delicious. They taste like waffles with caramel or waffles normal.I

The variety pack was a better price point than other ads so I got it but didn't have high hopes for the cookies and cream flavor. It's actually really good and more of a subtle cookie flavor than a full blown oreo kind of thing. The waffles aren't very hard but I wouldn't call them soggy. Just don't expect them to snap in half like a cookie or a cracker would. These are gluten free and did not give me any issues. They curb your sweet tooth without being too sweet. I plan to use them mostly for running.

Love these! Great flavor, very tasty. I usually would take before a run or going snowboarding. They pack well but have been known to crumble in my pocket but never fails.
