Q: What power supply plug comes with it? I see one of the reviews mentions it is not a UK plug.

Will depend entirely on the seller you buy from. I bought from GETIC and mine came with UK plug.

Q: is it switch os or outer os & what version is supplied with it.

I don't recall what versions are on the unit from factory, but they can be upgraded from the device if it has a connection to the Internet. In respect SwitchOS/RouterOS; this device is dual-boot so has both. Will be RouterOS from factory.

Q: Does this come with the bracket to rackmount it, or is it sold separately?

Brackets are already included in package.
