Package came with no damage or leaks and exactly what I ordered. I liked the color.

I had some Cashmere brand extensions which I needed to lighten and ashen up to come close to match my current hair color. I first used a bleaching kit, waited 24 hours, then applied t11 with 10 volume developer to the extensions. I let it sit for 30 min then rinsed, lightly shampooed, and conditioned. It worked to tame the golden shine. It still doesn’t match my more ash blonde hair exactly, but it is more blendable than before toning. One pic shows before, one pic after

I could not get the shade what was my goal but was not unsatisfied either. My advice is make sure your hair bleached as much as need to be to get the perfect color after the tuning. Maybe my hair did not reached the perfect level before tuning, but It could be happen that the product is not the best choice

Worked really well to tone my level 10 / 9 / 8 hair after uneven bleach job. I should have rebleached my hair but I didn’t want to risk breakage & I’m still really happy with the results. Pics show before and after toning while still damp.
