Amazing little heater! I’ve had it for four months, and it’s perfect for my needs. I work in healthcare, where temps are maintained frigid cold at all times. I have my heater on my desk and it works great. It’s quiet, and while it has no temp control, it’s just right, as long as you keep it away from your face. The airflow sort blows a bit upward but I’m not bothered by it. Again, just keep it at a distance so that the air will not hit your face as it does get pretty hot. Love it. Five stars!

I'm using this to keep a mini-greenhouse warm on cold nights. I bought 2 actually, as I added a second mini-greenhouse recently. I bought one heater to go in the new mini-greenhouse, then bought a second heater for the old mini-greenhouse after testing the first heater.These greenhouses are basically small 4 tiered wire shelves with a plastic cover. I was using a larger heater, which I had on hand, to heat the old mini-greenhouse. With the heater on the bottom shelf, I was unable to make use of the shelf above the heater, as my seed trays would deform from the heat. With this new, smaller heater, I don't have that problem. It heats the small space without difficulty, but at a low intensity, so I don't have to worry about my seed trays deforming. I removed/bypassed the safety switch because I have the heater sitting on a wire shelf rather than a solid surface.This is not the most powerful heater, but it's a very good heater, depending on your needs. The internals, besides the safety switch which I removed, are a typical plastic PC fan, the heating element, and the rocker-switch used for on-off. Very simple device, few failure points. Come to think of it, I didn't see any power adapter inside, but there must be one, since PC fans run on 12vdc. I googled it and apparently 120vac PC fans do exist, so maybe it's one of those instead. I'd open the heater again to double-check for a power adapter or maybe some hidden board with a voltage divider, but I'd have to undo all of my wire management inside one of the greenhouses, which I don't want to do. Anyway, I think the heating coil and fan both run off straight 120vac, without the need for any adapter.

I was looking for a good way to keep my Mouse hand fingers warm in my Basement - and glad I found this solution. It is simple and totally effective - without any drawbacks IMO. It has one simple switch in the back and is small enough to easily fit beneath my Monitor(s). There are others doing various things but each had a drawback - some major drawbacks. I didn't want something over my hand making as huge footprint - this fan has basically NO footprint and is easily adjusted by nudging it towards or away from your hand. It can also easily heat your immediate space by adjusting its angle of blowing left and right. So, if you want something nice and toasty and easily adjusted here is your solution. You wont regret it. I love it.

Happy with this simple heater. It has no digital controls, just an on/off switch and a small momentary switch on the bottom of the unit that acts as tip over protection. The heater is only 500 watts which is only a third of what most outlets supply allowing other items to be plugged in and not tripping a breaker.

Buying my 4th not because anything was wrong, but because everything is right… low energy HIGH HEAT… while home I let this heater run for 24 hours….to see what it will do. No overheat smell no issues whatsoever…

This is a powerful little heater especially for 500 Watts. What I don't like about it is: 1.The switch is in the back of the unit. 2. It has only 1 speed and gets quite hot. 3. The feet do not have enough grippers; really minimal.If the button to turn off waas not in the back, it would be easier to turn it off when it gets too hot. Also, please be safe and use it on a sturdy non flammable plate. It MUST be watched all the time as with any heater, do not leave the room with it on. I am trying another Amazon Basics:Amazon Basics Ceramic Space Heater, Electric Heater for Indoor Use With 3 Heat Settings, Temperature Control, Lightweight (1.7 LBS), 520W, 5.1"L x 3.5"W x 7"H This unit is only a little bit taller. it has 4 small feet that really need to be bigger. But it has 3 speeds: low, med, high, and a fan only option. I prefer this one as it has more versatility and instead of moving the heater away, you can lower it. This one is also low wattage 520 Watts, which is what I need for my old RV. This is the one I would choose if I were you as it is virtually the same price - just a coupe of dollars more. Be safe. Never leave the room with it on!

I really like this little heater. I’m using it inside of my gazebo outside on the patio on a rainy day and it works great. It’s low voltage which was just what I needed. Perfect.
