Repeat purchase for 89 year old father who has diabetes, and subsequent nerve damage in his feet. He finds these socks can be easily put on and removed with no discomfort by staff in his care home. I have found that the elastic thread in the top of the socks can begin to fray in the wash - this can be rectified by simply sewing in the loose ends using a large darning needle. I can't understand why others would just throw straight in the bin. The socks are otherwise of good quality. My father doesn't want any other socks!

i buy these socks for my 94 year father who is in a care home. Loose tops make it far easier when dressing and when his ankles occasionally swell makes them so much more comfortable. Would be nice if they could all be the same colour as the care home have to match them which must be time consuming. Sock matching must be a night mare for them and we seem to lose a fair few in the system. I couldn't see same coloured ones when I ordered these. Good quality and excellent delivery service

Best socks I have been lucky to find on Amazon. They are very flexible weave that grips gently over all the foot and up around calf. Quite happy with colour selection. Will certainly buy some more
