Magenta toner leaks!
Just recently renewed magenta toner in my Brother laser printer and I find that the toner is leaking like a sieve and contaminating everything in sight.Sadly, I and my printer are not now in the UK else I would certainly return this under complaint. I do really hope that other cartidges are better.This discourages me from buying from Doitwiser next time.

Not just the product - Service is great too!
Been buying these a few times now and always get them delivered on time and at a sensible price.I also had a chance to evaluate the customer services when one toner didn't work as expected, but there was definitely no issue there!The after-sales service was way above and beyond what i expected - meaning that i'm going to stick with these as long as i can.Great product, good quality, - and (if there is an issue) - Superb service!Delighted.

Superb customer service
I bought these toner cartridges from Do It Wiser for my Brother DCP9015CDW 2 years ago and they were excellent. Recently I reordered and when I fitted them, one of the cartridges, cyan, wasn't recognised by the printer. I gave Do It Wiser a call, and spoke to a lovely guy there who was very happy to send me out a replacement cyan cartridge which arrived from Amazon very quickly, and it worked perfectly. Excellent service.

Good value, Brother 9020CDW compatible with prompt delivery
Good product that I have now order three times over the last few years. Each order was delivered promptly and toner cartridges proved compatible with me Brother DCP9020 CDW. Toner quality and life good; the five box set with two black toners a good idea as this configuration better suit my (and i suspect most users) printing profile.
