Purchased June 2020 and this is compatible with Greenworks strimmer that was sold on Ideal World TV channel around 2018/2019. I have the G40LT (model 2101507) which takes 40V battery. It has 'PA66-G30' and '099605001042' etched onto plastic spool, same as original spool supplied with machine.

The string that came with my Greenworks strimmer was great. I ran out. Found these. Rubbish! I’m strimming in the garden and paddocks, and bits of blue string snapping off. After 10 mins I realised ... had to retrace my steps looking for blue broken plastic. Picked up the plastic and realised you need a quality product so our dogs don’t end up chewing it and getting sick. Buy another brand.

Constant problem either the lines becoming unwound and retracting into the head. Not experienced in the last few years, I think these might be a bunch of seconds

Long lasting, tricky to thread into machine as can unwind if you’re not careful

Sent back as I got the wrong size, so can’t give a review

Great system - easy to fit, and extend and robust.

But if you are hooked into Greenworks like me because you have the batteries then no choice

Good quality and arrived very quickly.
