I've had oily skin with breakouts since I was a teenager. When I hit my mid-40's my skin started to dry out and I started using more moisturizers. The moisturizers helped but clogged my pores and caused more breakouts. I have very sensitive skin and eczema. Anything that dries my skin out results in eczema, anything too moisturizing caused breakouts. I tried this product to add to my night time routine. First time putting it on, I got skeptical. It has a strong medicated smell and leaves a sticky film. The next morning I realized my skin was soft, my pores were not clogged, and I didn't have any irritation, breakouts, or eczema. After almost a week, my skin has been smoother and my old acne scars have been fading. Although it has a strong medicated smell, it has been really gentle on my skin. Great product! I used the lower dose, 10%, and it works just fine. Stronger dose doesn't necessarily mean better.

I love these Glycolic Acid Resurfacing Pads, they are effective, yet still feels gentle on your skin, no burning or stinging sensation, or maybe I just don't normally have very sensitive skin, but I can feel and see the effectiveness of these resurfacing pads and love them! I have been using it for a week and loving the results on my skin! One pad was enough to cover and used on my entire face!! I almost thought I would have to used a couple or few just to cover my entire face, but each pads were soaked very well with a sufficient amount of glycolic acid.My skin feels soft, smooth and radiant after using these pads. I let my face dry and the glycolic acid to absorbed into my skin, before I apply any other product. I usually follow up with a night serum/moisturizer after I clean my face with these resurfacing pads, to provide better absorption when I apply my night serum/cream. I ordered the 2-pack bundle, and can't wait to see how my skin look after using the first jar!

UPDATE: I increased my stars from 3 to 4 because QRXLabs has some pretty great customer service. They reached out to see what they could do to make my experience better, and that says a lot!ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's...okay. Like others have said, it leaves my skin feeling sticky and I really don't like that. I don't understand how other people don't get their hair stuck to their face like I did. I pretty much just have to wash the residue off with water after I let it sit for half an hour. Which feels like a shame because I'm probably washing off good ingredients. This made my skin feel exfoliated for a day or two but then right back to my usual skin dryness & flakiness after that. I don't think I used it consistently enough to see results, but comparing it to Dr. Jart and Pacifica Glow Baby Pads, the Pacifica is half the price and works twice as well. Not worth the money for me at all.

It has made a huge difference in my skin in just a couple of days. The product feels really refreshing in the skin, the pads are saturated well, they are really good at exfoliating and smoothing out bumps and texture. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using these glycolic acid pads for about a year now, and the results have truly impressed me. Even my esthetician commented on how much my fine lines have softened, especially around my eyes and mouth. I use one pad almost every day on my face, neck, and décolleté, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and smooth without irritation. The textured pad also serves as an extra step in the cleansing process, as it sometimes picks up dirt and impurities I may have missed.One important tip: don’t forget sunscreen, and take a break from the pads for a couple of days if you’re planning to be out in the sun. Overall, these pads are a great addition to my skincare routine, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

The original works great my skin looks and feels like silk after and doesn’t cause any irritation at all. My jar is about to run out so I ordered another. I thought only the containers look would change as is stated on the pictures. The ingredients have also changed. Look at the pictures I have provided. I have very sensitive rosacea skin. I’m worried these new ingredients will not work the same way. False advertising in my opinion to claim same product just new look, there has in fact been a change to their product and the new jar no longer has an expiration date like the original one had which is alarming.

I am highly satisfied. The glycolic acid pads help prevent and clear up my acne break outs. My skin looks brighter, less dull after using them a couple of weeks.

I’ve been using these for a number of years. They work efficiently they have the hyaluronic acid in them when I use them two or three times a week. I’ll sit and let the medication on at work then make sure I wash all of it off and put my skin care routine on. It works well I really like it and went highly recommend.
