Spotlight Highlighter

Wanted a podwer and it's a creamy product

it's a cream based product- and about 3x smaller than expected. I still use it because it blends well.

It doesn't last and is not as pigmented as I thought it would be.

When applied it's not so much a highlight as a whitish powder that is barely sparkly.

Nice product, really helps to shape and highlight your face.

Really upset that it's a cream base and not a powder :/ could've bought this cheaper at WalMart!

This stuff made my eyes burn. Couldn't wear it.
