I wanted to exercise with for my joints and strengthening muscles , this appo band has good stretch and and good lengthI would recommend this resistance band to others. I have brought of all colours now yellow, blue and green.last blue gave way when i was stretching, hope this lasts for longer.

In this price it's so costly but if someone can afford then you should go ahead for this apart from this the product is superior nd good quality.

This Resistance Band stretches to a good extent. High quality rubber makes it more strechable when used for doing leg workout. This band simulates muscle movements more effectively than cables or other types of equipment. It makes this resistance bands an essential thing for home gym. Moreover It's a unisex product for doing home workout. The stretching limit is good enough and is creating enough tension to break our sweat in a short period. nice product. So I was looking for cheap and good quality resistance band as gyms were closed and I found my perfect purchase in this brand.I decided to experiment on this brand as I was unaware about the quality but now after using this band for many days I found it works very well for me.So far the product is promising and I m looking forward to buy more variants.

Sir, I keep one Thera Band as reserve. When we opened this one it didn’t serve the purpose at all. The elasticity is NOT as expected and when second time it is stretched it further becomes SLUGGISH.Can you please replace/refund and oblige.

Its the toughest of all. . . was too tight to use hence returned. Probably need a lighter one. This shouldn't deter me from giving honest opinion about it.Product is of excellent quality and much better than other therabands I have used in past.Just go for it if you want something of very high quality and ready for highest level of theraband as per your trainer.

If you are a guy or girl used to home gymming then resistance bands must be in your equipment list. I bought the golden one as per the requirement of my body weight. The quality of the band is great and it stretches very uniformly. I used this band for warm up exercises before doing heavy stuffs. A must to have product in your travelbag while on trips so whenever and wherever you get time use the band to your body is shape by doing resistance exercises.
