Great pitcher. I use it daily. I had one problem with the original pitcher was defective. The customer service was excellent and they replaced the defective pitcher. The second pitcher has been fantastic.

Quality:Beautiful pitcher, looks lovely in the fridge. I’ve had it for about 3 months, use it to make iced tea with boiling water, and no chips or cracks to date.

My pitcher arrived broken. The packing from Amazon was done without apparent regard that there was fragile glass inside. I contacted the manufacturer as instructed by Amazon and they sent a replacement immediately. It arrived safe and sound. Their customer service is A++.

I really enjoyed these pitchers, I used them many times to make my own iced tea. But it's been less than a year and the lid is broken in a way that's not food safe.There is a hollow part and some water got inside, so now if you shake the lid you can hear water. The water doesn't actually come back out, that I can see, which is worse. Because that means it is a bacterial breeding ground and at some point it can seep into my drinks.I am assuming that it happened in the dishwasher. The listing does say dishwasher safe in a couple of places, but it also says hand washing recommended elsewhere. I think this is a tricky position to take because either it's safe or it's not, and unfortunately it's not.

I have two of these in the 51oz size. They are perfect for making cold tea. I usually use a mixture of teas (green, ginger herb, rooibos, etc). After pouring the boiling water over my tea bag in the pitcher, it seems to cool to room temperature in an hour or so. I always wait till cool before placing it in the refrigerator. Even though this is made of borosilicate, a shock temperature change will crack any glass. This can withstand both very high and very low temperatures — but it cannot go quickly from one to the other as a few reviews have alluded to and experienced cracking (of course). By the way, one of my pitchers was purchased 2 years ago and is still like new!.

This is a nice style glass pitcher that is wider on the bottom and has a sturdy glass handle. It holds about 64 oz. The stainless steel cap is lightweight and will flip off if it hits something ( like putting it back in the refrigerator after a pour) … it could be sturdier and with a thicker seal to hold it in place.
