Fits nicely and is comfortable to wear. Good protection. Seems made well when compared to other similar brands. I am using it for night time protection with my many trips to the bathroom. They keep me feeling fresh.

Fairly comfortable, but run small.
I found these to be softer than other postpartum products that I have tried. They are fairly comfortable (as much as something like this can be anyways). They do run a bit small, but not as small as some others I have tried. I can't say how off it is exactly because I always size up and way over-did it this time. I am 5' 10" and about 150lb currently and ordered the XL. They can work, but they are definitely too large for me. I probably would order the L next time though, and not the S/M, despite that technically being my size due to them running small. They have quite a bit of stretch, which is nice and makes the sizing more variable. They seem pretty absorbent.

No problems with these at all. They’re dorm get in the way and they’re super absorbant

Fit to size
The Always Discreet Postpartum and Adult Incontinence Underwear fit to size. They are stretchy and move to your body so are comfortable. These are not bulky like adult underwear. They do not leak and stay feeling dry even when liquid has been absorbed. Good value at $14 for a 14 pack.

Good disposable undies
Nice bit of size range for multiple plus sizes, but the elastic isn't super stretchy around the legs which can lead to leakage for people that move in their sleep. Absorption is better than it seems like it would be.

post partum underwear
I used these for my first postpartum period and it was great., No leaking out of the sides while I was sleeping and very absorbent for the waterfall when I sat up to nurse in the middle of the night. I might just use these for overnight wear for my period for the rest of time because they are absolutely a game changer. These would have been perfect for those postpartum days and the fit was spot on with a little extra stretch so they would be great for that quick changing mid section in post pregnancy life.
