Spilled everywhere
This product came very quickly but I could not use it; once I put the toner in my printer the machine told me that it was not setting properly so I took it out to check and a black cloud of printer ink dust came out with it and spilled everywhere including inside of the machine. I looked on the old ink cartridge to try and compare and figure out what could have happened and it appears this one has a faulty plastic piece at the top of the cartridge that is supposed to keep the ink from spilling out; it slides open when it is inserted into the printer instead of locking into/staying in place which is what caused the mass spillage. Pretty scared to see what happens when the other replacement ink comes due to not currently having a way of knowing how much black powder leaked into the printer itself.
