Very creamy and great flavor very good cheese flavor ! I added some extra cheese and a little milk to mine. The heat is their but a good subtle heat more mild. so it's very enjoyable.

Super tasty
YUMMY. Tastes nothing like carbonara, but its really good. Add some veggies, egg and meat and BOOM...easy dinner. Noodle texture is perfect.

Good Choice
the Cream Carbonara flavor did not disappoint. It’s got that signature Buldak kick, but toned down just enough to let the creamy, cheesy flavor shine through. It’s not overwhelmingly spicy—just enough heat to keep it interesting.

Quattro Cheese is my favorite one
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve tried a few flavors and I love the quattro cheese the most. It’s not *as* spicy as the others. It’s spicier than the other brands at the grocery store, and I think people who don’t like spicy will think it’s way too much. But it’s the perfect amount in my opinion. I do enjoy spicy but not painfully spicy. I’m knocking off a star because I don’t love the sauce at the bottom of the bowl, and I don’t love the cheese. It’s artificial tasting and the texture of the sauce just isn’t my thing. I also only cook the noodles for two minutes otherwise they’re too soft (I’m picky with textures). But I love this enough to always have it on hand. I’ve tried the black one, a different cheese one, and the carbonara one. The black and the other cheese one had a strong seaweed taste and were too spicy. The carbonara one was just okay. This quattro cheese one is just right for me!

Cream Carbonara is the ideal spice balance for kids to enjoy! It’s my 4th graders go-to noodle!
I buy these for my 9 yr old son who saw these on YouTube. He wanted the original carbonara flavor but I read online that it’s very spicy. He loves spicy food but some said the carbonara alone is almost inedible due to the spice so I went with the cream version to placate that issue & it is great. I’m glad I did so because even the cream carbonara is almost to spicy, my son adds cheese to them but he does love them. We LOVE the brand INDOMIE noodles but he was a bit tired of them so these are his new favorite. I tried them too, I do like them even though the carbonara is not my typical go to flavor. I love indomie’s special chicken and stir fry noodles, I leave the buldak to him!PS- I’d like to mention that these come with a generous amount of noodles per pack! He typically ate two packs of indomie brand ramen because they are smaller but the buldak ramen have the perfect quantity of food for one sitting! I was surprised at the size of each pack of noodles. Much bigger than typical store bought ramen brands. Better quality too.

Yummy
Black bean will always going to be the best flavor to me! Depending on my vibe for the day I don’t add the whole packet because the spice is up there! But dang is it good. Amazon has the cheapest buldok noodles compared to any store that sells them near me. Heat level from 1-10 is 7 or 8

Habanero Lime: Not My Fave, But Worth Trying Once!
Probably my least favorite Samyang Buldak so far. But that might just come down to personal taste. If you're into habanero lime, you might actually love it! The spice level definitely packs a punch. I was surprised because I read it was only slightly hotter than the carbonara one, but it felt way more intense to me. I wouldn't buy this flavor again, but I'm still having a lot of fun trying all the different ones! I also loved that the price point wasn't much higher than what I'd get at my local Asian grocery store. Usually buying this brand of noodles on Amazon is way more expensive than in-store!

Amazing def lives up to the hype
So worth the hype! Leave a little water for the powder and add some parm cheese! Chefs kiss!!!! I find the sauce too spicy so I add a tiny bit at a time or I dip the noodles in it. The flavor of the chili oil is amazing tho hot or not!
