A superb camera for the price, and the customer support, as others have commented, is absolutely first-class.I purchased the camera to monitor our new puppy, primarily at night, and have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the real-time images and of the video recordings. The pan and tilt works well, and the app interface is simple and intuitive. The pan and tilt is quiet in operation, an important consideration if trying not to disturb sleeping babies, be they canine, human or otherwise.Upon arrival there was an issue with the battery discharging quickly. I contacted Customer Support and Joey was extremely responsive and helpful, and had it sorted promptly. Before attempting to do so he said they would replace the camera if it was faulty. That proved to be unnecessary, and battery life is very good indeed.I have no hesitation in recommending this camera.

I am very pleased with my cameras.The picture quality is very good and I am impressed by the low light performance. Switching off infrared night vision still allows a good colour image at night as long as there is a street light nearby. This also allows good vision through a window as there is no light from the camera to be reflected.I have not had the cameras long yet, but it is looking like a charged battery is going to last a good length of time. However, it is possible to keep the camera powered via its USB C socket - so long term use is easy.The seller has also been in touch with me to ensure that I am happy with the product and to offer any help that I might want - great service!I am very happy to recommend this camera to others.

Brilliant indoor camera, I also have it watching my front garden sometimes. It's sad that people need to be watched to behave properly around my property and towards my emotional support puppy but since I have made it visible me and the puppy have had a lot more peace. It gives me great peace of mind while I am working in my garden and the puppy is inside by herself. At the moment its even running off a hotspot on my phone and it works. I am getting home internet soon and I think it will be even better. Brilliant post purchase customer care also. They sent me a free mount and I will defo be trying their other products and want another for my back room/garden

Works well. Good value for money. I didn't want door bell, wiring or ongoing subscription costs. This fitted the bill perfectly.

I've had regular plug in dog cameras for years, but having recently taken in a foster dog, who sleeps in an area with limited plug sockets and he'll get into anything not bolted down this little camera offers a great solution. It's allowed me to check on the dog at night and see that he's settled. The image and sound has been clear and motion sensitivity is good.
