Great product and works as advertised. Only complaint is the round edge does extend just a little into the are if the other wall socket making it hard to plug something into the other socket.

Love this item expect one of the outlets would not connect to the app like the other three, therefore I cannot use that one. The other 3 work perfectly, but disappointed that they did not all work correctly.

3 of the 4 will connect to my WiFi the fourth will not and just repeatedly clicks itself on and off when connected to power. Manually pressing the on/off button or holding it down to put it into setup mode does nothing. Disappointed. Seems quality control is lacking with this product.I would recommend you go with a different brand.

I rarely ever leave a review on Amazon but this thing is so amazing I wanted to share my experiences. Once I had installed the app on my phone and learned a few things, I was able to add a plug with a unique name that is recognized by Alexa in 60 seconds. For example, I wanted to be able to tell Alexa to turn on and off the window unit A.C. in my bedroom. I took one of the smartplugs, plugged it into the wall, pressed the button on the side until the blue light started flashing, went to the Smart Life app on my phone, pressed the "+" button, and here is a tip - you need to scroll to the very bottom and select "Other Products", press the button on the bottom that says "Confirm indicator rapidly blinking", it finds the new plug in 5 seconds and gives it a default name, I change the name to "Window Unit" and voila! I can now tell Alexa "turn on the WINDOW UNIT" and it turns on without me having to find the remote control. AND I can set a timer for each plug to automatically turn on and off as desired. I am now ordering another pack because this is so neat. I am now controlling the Christmas tree lights and multiple strings of lights outside. I want more controllers for the coffee pot, lamps, etc. One thing I do recall, accessing the skill from my Alexa app on my phone was confusing because it looked like it wanted a phone number but in fact it was my email used for the Smart Life app that was required before Alexa would enable the skill.

Setup was fairly quick and simple. Must setup via the Smart Life app, then you can add the smart plugs to Amazon Alexa by adding a new skill and then having Amazon Alexa discover and add the devices. Very happy with the purchase. The smart plugs make remotely turning on/off devices like lamps very convenient and you can also setup timers to have the connected devices power on or off automatically.

Works great. I really like that it can be controlled by Alexa. Makes it easy to set up timers or schedules for Alexa to turn on or off. The only sort of negative thing is that in order for alexa to work with it, you have to install their app on your phone. Not a major deal, just an annoyance.

Product was easy to install. The only problem I had was that the directions were such small print I couldn't hardly see it. Had to take pictures of every page and then zoom in to be able to see the print. After getting them set up with the app it was very easy to finish setting up with my Amazon Echo And my Google home. Wonderful product.
