So glad I bought all the accessories for the MetaQuest
My son wanted the MetaQuest VR thing for Christmas, he's 9 by the way, and I had no knowledge about VR games whatsoever. I only knew it was a device that you wear as if they were bulky glasses that looked like they would be heavy but I had no idea how this thing fit. So of course knowing that much about VR gaming I obviously knew that games apparently took on a life like illusion through these lenses. A type of gaming I wasn't familiar with or interested in myself. I had no clue what they cost and cringed when I learned how much I'd have to spend on a game that I assumed was like those arcade or theme park attractions that stay in one place but send you on a dollar coaster ride through a nauseating lens. So spending hundreds on it and all the accessories made for it, had me hesitating if this was the right gift for my son. He probably had no idea that motion sickness could be an effect from this kind of gaming. I worried he would get it, try it once and never play it again because it was heavy or uncomfortable, of make he feel sick etc. I couldn't make a confident decision fast enough so I just went ahead and bought the VR. And the way I see it, if there are specific optional accessories made on the side, then you have to buy those too. Personally speaking, I couldn't just buy the VR headset by itself and only that. It's gaming. These accessories aren't required to enjoy the gaming experience I know that, but they are an option if you want to enhance your gaming experience to the best it can get. To me, this accessories and the others made for this model, are necessary. I knew going into the purchase that it would in excess of a $100 dollars on top of the lenses. I recommend you buy the extras, but if you can't or don't want to buy all of them, (it's just 3 optional available), then absolutely at least buy this one. You literally are going to buy this pieces to replace the one that you bought with MetaQuest which seems ridiculous since you're removing the strap sold with the device and probably never using it again. But my feedback on the elite head strap is 5 stars, worth paying for, it upgrades the base strap. Upgrading hardware that will sit on your head and cover your upper face, is a no-brainer. Maximum comfort makes all the difference in the gaming experience. So, if you are wondering if this will be worth buyin, or if it will make much of a difference to justify the extra cost, I saw absolutely. This strap allowed the MetaQuest to properly fit my 9 year old head. The standard strap didn't provide a proper fit, the lenses sat more loosely on his head and you can imagine how uncomfortable that would have been when you're trying to play. With this elite strap, the comfort is as good as it gets because this strap adjusts the fit better. Buy it, you're probably going to be glad you did and not regret it at all.

Ergonomic fit designed for comfort
There's nothing quite as stressful as being deep into an epic battle and realizing your headset battery is down to 10%! But with the Meta battery headset, you can enjoy longer playtime and keep the fun going. Stay in the game and boost your chances of coming out on top! The MetaQuest Elite Strap with Battery is designed for comfort, giving you an ergonomic fit that helps distribute the weight and reduces pressure on your face. Plus, with the built-in battery, you can enjoy up to two hours of fun VR gameplay without a hitch!

This case will fit headset, controllers, link cable with room to spare
An absolute necessity to protect your Quest 3/3s. I travel extensively and this case protects everything inside. Inside the compartment you can store batteries, power adapter, hand grips, etc. I have mine setup to carry the Quest 3, x2 extra AA batteries, and room to put your oculus link cable in. The compartment to store your motion controllers will fit just fine with straps attached with room to spare. The photos are JUST the case and referencing how much room there is. The Quest 3 is sold separately. The main thing I wanted to know before buying was if all my stuff fit and it does.

Perfect storage for quest 3s
Made from a hard shell fabrics. Kind of feels like a rug. It likes to collect hair. A black hard shell maybe better. While it’s smaller than the full size version. It’s a bit bigger than you think. But fits everything nicely. There’s space for the headset itself, the controllers, and a small pouch compartment for chargers. Not much room for other stuff. If you have an elite strap, it WILL NOT fit. Only the thin fabric straps that the 3/3s came with will fit.

I love it!
Imagine my smugness when someone goes “I can’t move my fingers!” “My headset is dying”! And youre just over here casually plugged into your c link constantly having battery life and able to close your hand since the recent update to quest 2a compat.Sure my quest now is outdated but I am thankful for such a long c link wire

Just right!
I like how sturdy if feels, its very protective for the headset and travels nicely. It's a good size and fits everything I need to go with the set. I also like the material it's made of- very durable. I got it on sale, so it' was a good price. Lots of bang for my buck!

Great carry case
It has always disappointed me that they dont just give you this with the headset when you buy.It is very basic and good fit. It has spots for each controller, the headset, and a little cubby hole for the charger.

Protects my precious cargo
Fits my Meta Quest 3, controllers, and charging cable and brick perfectly. It's snug and and compartmentally shaped for just that, you could not fit much else in there. I like the flexible mesh pouch for the charging cable. The shell is hard and protective and well made - this was perfect for when I traveled across country with my Meta Quest. Because the components are molded to fit the pieces so well nothing will shift or break during travel.
