No podía dejar pasar escribir una reseña para este artículo porque indudablemente es un artículo que recomiendo bastante a todos cuánto conozco que tienen niños pequeños y sobre todo los que tienen niños con condiciones especiales…es en principio educativo, didáctico posee 70 hojas que pese a no ser plásticas tienen muy buena calidad y no se rompen fácilmente, especiales para q los niños pequeños la usen sin deterirarla rápidamente, cada hoja se inserta en el tablero y emite los sonidos, palabras, números e incluso canciones en correspondencia de lo que trate, tiene un amplio espectro de enseñanza para tu niño puesto que cada hoja muestra un contenido diferente, explicado y fácil de comprender y memorizar…es un producto que recomiendo para un regalo a esa persona que en verdad te importa puesto que es un juego que lleva el conocimiento a un nivel superior…en lo personal lo he comprado tres veces, las tres veces para regalar a familias que son importantes para mi, vale la pena pagarlo y así me lo han dejado saber estos amigos…no dude en invertir en el…

(Update) Finally heard back from support, they sent me a replacement that so far is working great! No issues with it. It took a while but they were helpful and now my kid can play with it! He loves it, cards are nice, hoping they get more and more available in the future.Volume doesn’t work. Pad doesn’t turn on and off when supposed to. Very unreliable. When it works my kid likes it but most of the time doesn’t. I tried changing to new batteries a few times and nothing.Sent an email to their support with videos of the issues, they never got back to me, horrible.

Update: the company was kind enough to send a replacement and the new one has been working well. The learning pad itself is great!We got this for my 3.5 year old daughter for Christmas (so now we’re outside of the return window) and it broke within actual days of using it. Just no longer turns on. My daughter is very careful and did not do anything to break it. Would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Update: After some finagling my husband got it to work. My little one loves the tablet. The company’s customer service has frequently followed up to make things right after my initial review but unfortunately it got buried in my emails. My fault not theirs. I definitely recommend this for curious little ones.I bought this as a three kings day gift for my 4 year old. She was so excited to open it and broken hearted when it did not power on. We followed instructions- removed tab from batteries, removed foam from power button. Installed new batteries and nothing. The only option Amazon gave me to return was to bring it to a Whole Foods store 10 miles from me. I simply can’t make it there so I’m very displeased. Also couldn’t find a way to contact the seller. Thanks for messing up our three kings day celebration.
