Doesn't work. We received this item and were never able to install, it did not come with an instruction manual. Yesterday I received a technician in my home and asked him to check it and he tried and informed me that this product is fake. Please, I demand action.

This item is a scam!

Extremely bummed. I bought this as a milestone gift for my son last year. Something that he had to earn kind of thing. He finally does what he needed to and the thing doesn't even work. Would not recommend. Save your money and go buy an actual Chromecast. My daughter has had hers for a couple of years and it was sooo easy to set up and use. This thing is the complete opposite.
