It arrived promptly and well packaged. I've been using this product for years and I find it tried and trusted. It's a little bit messed, so you have to prepare yourself. Use newspaper or kitchen rolls to protect the surface your working on. If you don't want black/dirty hands wear rubber gloves, and afterwards give them a good wash. There is a slight smell when you are using the product so it may be advisable to open a window.The instructions are very simple, and have a clean cloth available to buff up the the items of silverware. The used wadding does give off a strong smell so it needs to go in the bin when it's finished with. Happy polishing!

Used this in my younger days no longer find in hardware shop beats all the new liquids that are crap compared to this just make sure you wear gloves x

Had to get neighbour to open it as the lid was distorted. However contents look OK. Hopefully they won't dry out if lid not secure after use.

Does exactly what is says on the tin and should last ages!
