Keep your gear dry on the move. The HandiHoldall is a 320 litre, easy to store, foldable roof box, providing waterproof protection for all kinds of gear against the most severe weather conditions. The quality of materials, production processes and technical features allow the HandiHoldall to resist water ingress during typical and heavy wet weather driving conditions (subject to the manufacturer's installation guidelines being correctly followed). Upon reaching the destination the HandiHoldall, once removed from the car, makes a useful and effective outdoor storage solution. Four strong glass fibre poles secured to the inside of the HandiHoldall, provide it with a solid base. The HandiHoldall is manufactured using the same production process and technology as dry bags, where the sections of the extremely strong and durable 18oz Polyester Tarpaulin material are electronically welded together under intense heat and pressure. This creates a very strong fused bond that acts as a barrier to water and moisture. Furthermore, the Polyester Tarpaulin is laminated with a PVC coating. Unlike traditional roof boxes which are difficult to store, bulky and often expensive, the HandiHoldall compacts to a size of just 61cm x 17cm x 17cm when not in use. This means that it can be easily stored in either the boot of the car or in the garage. We have adapted the HandiHoldall for metal roof bars by simply adding some loops to the bottom of the bag that allows the HandiHoldall to be securely attached utilising ‘Hi Grip’ rubberised HandiStraps which form part of a roof bar fitting kit. The roof bar fitting kit (which is included with the HandiHoldall) comprises 4 x 40cm ‘Hi Grip’ HandiStraps and 4 x 150cm normal webbing HandiStraps which are used to secure the HandiHoldall to the outer fixing points of the metal roof bars thus minimizing any lateral movement. The HandiHoldall is attached to the HandiRack using the 2 x 3 metre HandiStrap tie-downs that form part of the HandiRack kit.

Very pleased with it
This is a really useful thing. I was sceptical when I saw how small it was when in the packaging, but it quickly assembles into a good sized bag which is rigid enough to form a high capacity roofbox on our roof bars.I have used it three times now without complaint and it has allowed us to get around the problems associated with changing to a smaller car. Heavy rain and wind have not been a problem. The contents have always been protected and arrived safe.This is not cheap and probably not as aerodynamic as a roofbox, but it stows away smaller than a bag of groceries. For me this is the perfect solution.

Only used this once so far but was easy to install and looks and feels well made
Only used this once so far but was easy to install and looks and feels well made, stood up to some wet weather too. Holds a large amount of camping bits and bobs, up to a certain weight, and unlike hard boxes it's easy to store when not using. Will definitely be getting a lot of use out of this.

NHHoldall is fully waterproof.
Proved to be very useful, used it on a trip to north Wales it rained during the return journey the holdall proved to be completely waterproof. The only slight problem is the straps are a bit fiddly especially when its cold.

Fantastic.
I have used this on many trips back and forward to Spain. Perfect in wet weather highly recommend.

Not bad but buy a proper roof box
Its not a bad bag but a really faff to put on. cant make real use of the full litreage as its an awkward shape. Buy a proper roof box.
