such a great product! my hair was feeling like straw since i got blonde highlights, i tried the shampoo and as soon as i put it in my hair it made my hair super soft, brighter! definitely recommend

This purple shampoo works like a charm! It tones down brassiness (noticably after a few washes) it lathers well,and it leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. Definitely worth every penny!

I had bleach my hair to 8 or 9 And could not get that yellow out .I try different products So I try it .And I love it My hair is now a beautiful silver

The COLORLOMO Bye Bye Yellow Shampoo With Purple Violet Pigment is the absolute WORST shampoo I've EVER used! It's perfect if you are wanting to turn your hair into dreadlocks, or if you wish to shave your head. I am in absolutely NO way exaggerating any part of this review - I am being completely 100% honest (unfortunately). My hair is, or I should say it WAS, very long - past my hips, and very fine/thin, but I did have a lot of it. I was trying this shampoo out for the very first time, so I used only a small amount of it, but it wasn't really lathering, so I rinsed, and repeated (I usually have oily hair, and it'd been a few days since I last washed it, so I didn't think it was anything new), but halfway through lathering the second time, it felt like my hair was knotting, so I immediately stopped, and went straight to rinsing it out, the more I rinsed, the more my hair was knotting. It felt like wax. This shampoo totally, and completely, stripped everything out of my hair, all it's natural oils, etc. I did not think any of this was even remotely possible, but in a matter of only minutes my hair was completely stripped, dried out, waxy, and totally matted - it is as if it's one large dreadlock. Since then, I've spent hours, and hours, and days, and days, trying to separate it, and get the knots out. I cannot say how long it has taken to fix, because it's still not fixed, but I did not want to wait any longer to write this review - in case there's a chance this could happen to someone else. Since that morning, I've lost about half of my hair - from it breaking, falling out, being pulled out, pieces needing to be cut out, etc. I've a friend who's a licensed hairdresser, and she's been helping me work on it, everyday, several hours each day, for over a week, so far. I've also spent nearly $100, on detangling products, oils, combs, brushes, etc. It has been an incredibly painful, frustrating, and really depressing, process. From other reviews I've read, it seems like the other products from this line work as they're supposed to. This is a newer product they've added, so I don't know if anyone else has had a negative experience with it, but I would definitely be careful if you've just purchased this, and are trying it for the first time - I would advise testing a very small amount of it out on a small part of your hair first, to see how/if it works. Overall, I regret ever ordering, and using this shampoo. My hair is now very damaged, and I've lost over half of what used to be very long, beautiful, hair - I'll lose a lot more of it before this nightmare is finally over too. I am still in disbelief that all of this was even possible, and that it only took a matter of minutes. Thank you for reading. I really hope this helps. This purple shampoo meant to reduce brassiness works very well. Its highly pigmented and when using on hair without leaving on the hair long, it doesn't leave blonde with a lavender hue after, which I really appreciate. I should note for reference I have more of a golden ash blonde highlight, not a pure white.

This purple shampoo is practically black! It’s highly pigmented and does a great job of toning down the yellow and brassy tones. I don’t have to leave it on very long to get noticeable results. Thankfully this truly just counteracts against the yellow. It doesn’t turn my hair purple or too ashy. Besides the fact that it does a great job at toning, it doesn’t dry my hair out and it has a pleasant, fresh scent. My hair feels nice after I use it. I think it’s also a great deal for the amount of product you get and I like the pump dispenser that is built into the bottle. Great stuff!
