This not only emptied my counter a little, but I also put my most used pans and bowls on the shelves so I can easily reach them. And I put paper plates on one of the shelves. I'm able to keep what I need for the microwave right there. My microwave sits a little tall preventing me from using the cup hooks. I can hang one or two. I like the shelf on top for sugar and salt.I didn't put my toaster on the rack, but if you do, the outlets on the side are handy. I actually used the outlet to charge my phone.It took me 15 minutes to unpack and account for all the pieces, then about 45 minutes to assemble the rack.

I love the fact that it cleared up a lot of the counterspace and could move the coffee maker onto this. AND It had an outlet in it so I didn’t need to drag the cord over to the counter! It left the other counter looking much better in the whole area looking bigger.

Most of the tools come with the unit. The only thing that would be needed would be a drill and Phillips screw driver to install the anti tip mech. Probably took about 45 minutes to put together. Directions are important to know which direction the shelve supports go since you could mess that up. It’s great for even a small apartment. It cleared up a TON of my counter space!!!! I think the only want would be a few more outlets and an extra shelf or adjustable shelves.
