Takes a few minutes to figure out, App isn’t always accurate

OK for getting a rough idea
Seems to work ok. A bit fiddly to take measurements with. I think it would be more accurate if the tape was wider, as it tends to dig in.

It made my body compositioning so much easier with this device. The ease of measuring alone and the app integration is highly highly plausible!I didnt straight it to 5 stars because …1-it is expensive , and the tape is so thin that you have to be careful it may break
