First of all, can we talk about the packaging? It’s so cute I almost didn’t want to open it. That fabulous flamingo looks like it’s about to strut right off the can and into a tropical protein paradise.Now for the important stuff: I put this magical powder into my iced coffee and braced for the dreaded "protein chunk surprise" — but spoiler alert — it stirred in perfectly smooth. No blender bottle, no desperate praying while shaking, just instant creamy goodness.Beyond the flawless mixability, Fitmingo is packed with a ton of amino acids, vitamins, collagen, and a solid 23 grams of plant-based protein — it’s like the Swiss army knife of supplements. I feel like I’m sipping my way to glowing skin, strong muscles, and a slightly smug sense of superiority all at once.Honestly, with a protein this good, I half-expect the flamingo to wink at me every morning. I was pleasantly surprised with how good this Protein powder was. Initially, I really appreciated the presentation for the brand, along with the container being good quality. I love that not only has 23g of protein, but it also has hyaluronic acid, zinc, and vitamin C. I'm really glad I bought the vanilla flavor because it gives me more or an opportunity to add other healthy ingredients, like bananas, peanut butter, etc. The vanilla flavor is quite rich, so I think this would benefit when adding those extra ingredients.The powder quality is very fine and blends perfectly well! No lumps!Highly recommend!

This item surprised me so much. I usually just buy whatever protein is on sale, and when I saw that this was half off I decided to try it out. Typically vegan proteins gross me out soo much, they have a weird bean-y aftertaste, never mix right, and the macros are never as good, but I just chug my protein for the gains so not really a big deal. BUT when I tried this out I was so pleasantly surprised! First thing I noticed was that it blends incredibly easy, even easier than some whey proteins I've used. It also tastes great, I got the vanilla flavor and can definitely see my self making a protein cookie dough with this. The macros aren't the best, for example my Ghost whey protein is 130 Calories for 25g of protein and this one is 140 for 23g, but they are pretty good overall. I can't speak to the other health benefits (Collagen Boosters and Hyaluronic Acid) as I haven't been using this for long enough, but I definitely recommend this based on taste, how well it blends, and macros.

I think this is one of the best plant based protein powders out there. The powder has a good amount of vitamins and aminos. It mixes well as long as you dont use cold liquids. I liked the vanilla flavor but it does cause it to be a little overly sweet. The texture is good and doesnt have that after beany taste some vegetable proteins can have. One thing i didnt like was the price ut was kind of pricey but us pretty good size wise. I also dont like that it doesmix well with cold liquids. Doesn't cause bloating or stomach discomfort. Overall is a good quality vegetable protein to use to get enough protein in your diet. I would recommend this product to anyone if they used protein but don't know anyone that uses protein powder besides myself.

This protein is so good I purchased another. I mix it in my morning coffee. It taste delicious & digested well. I expected this to cost more than I paid & it's worth the price to give it a try. I highly recommend purchasing. The ingredients are clean & of good quality.

Ok product, but NOT worth the insane price! They keep raising the price. The smaller container with only 15 lousy tiny servings used to be $17, now it's $30. And a few months ago the bigger container was $43, and now it's $59.99 🙄 So now what I do is buy 1 container of Birdman and mix half of the container with cheap unflavored pea protein (Birdman is WAY too sweet by itself anyway). That way 1 container of Birdman/pea protein lasts me 3 months. I'm in search of something better though, because the price increases are absolutely ridiculous and not worth it. The only reason I keep buying it is because I'm a creature of habit and haven't had time to find a new one. But until I do I'm going to start having to add even more pea protein to make it last even longer.

I’m especially impressed by the nutrient profile—it provides 100% of the daily vitamin D requirement in just one scoop, which is quite rare for a protein powder. Additionally, the amino acid blend is comprehensive, offering several beneficial ones. Overall, this is a well-rounded protein powder that helps fulfill various nutrient goals effortlessly

I'm going to break from the pack and say I hate the flavor of this stuff. It's sickeningly, cloyingly sweet. I literally don't understand why these companies make these taste like dessert. I do not want to drink a cup of birthday cake at 7am. I also wish the calorie count was a bit higher but that might be my own misaligned expectations, because I was sort of looking for a meal replacement type of thing. It also does not mix very well in my experience so far. It clumps without fail. Maybe I need a frother or something, I don't know. But yeah, this is like an overly sweet powder that doesn't blend well and isn't quite high cal enough to be a meal replacement. The upside is there is a pretty large amount of the stuff in the can, so I guess you get some bang for your buck.
