Great product for the prices
My job had purchased me headphones for my position, but I couldn't hear out of them. Thsesheadphones are amazing. I can hear perfectly with the volume alot lower.

I like it...but
i like it but normally i don't buy biaural headsets because i don't like both my ears covered. My job said I had to buy one like this. Also this is pricey. I normally buy the real cheap headset even though they last a year or less. Hopefully this will last longer. I like the swivel of the headsets and the controls. HOWEVER, the mute doesn't work. This is REALLY ANNOYING to me. There is no info on how to use the mute properly either. There is a button that lights up green on the control but i don't know what that means. Even when i cover the mic people said that they can still hear me. This is frustrating because I don't know what to do to mute this when i need to.

clicking sound
These were not new we would like to return them. They were sold as new but clearly not because a former user registered the warranty on them. They have a constant click sound that I have reached out for trouble shooting which has not helped either.
