Great Ice trays and even better customer service!
These ice trays are absolutely fantastic. It is so nice to just fill them and throw them in the freezer without worrying about spilling on the way to the freezer. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am on this because of the customer service. One of the two was leaking when I received it, so I emailed them a picture of it. Turns out the bottom just wasn't snapped together all the way. I also mentioned that I had bought one before and the handle broke off of it after a year of use. They replaced both of them for me without a problem. The customer service is great and responded very quickly, and it seems like they really care about their product, which is rare these days. I wish all companies customer service was as good as this one. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Make sure to open the top when breaking up your ice!
Love this product! I bought a previous version of this ice tray and there were a number of issues that have all now been corrected with the new versions. Old trays were hard to fill because they weren't translucent. They also were prone to leaks if placed on their side. The new versions are much easier to fill and have a nice tight seal. They are a bit pricey, but worth it.Just remember to open the top before attempting to break the ice loose! I've seen reviews where people broke off the handles by failing to do this, even though the instructions are pretty clear on this point

You need muscles to use.
I do love how compact it is and how you can toss it into your freezer any which way. When it comes to popping those cubes out....boy do you need some upper body strength. It takes some muscles to pull it apart and pop them out. It freezes compact wheb you are ready to use you have to pull the sides apart. The holder is a hard case it does not bend like a typical ice cube tray. Other than that, it's worth the money.

Exactly as advertised!
This works exactly as I had hoped it would! It's completely water tight and the perfect size, which allows me to toss it in my tiny, awkward boat refrigerator without worrying about leaks or trying to find a level spot.. It's easy to fill, easy to empty, and produces 18 perfect cube!

Confusing product information and a confused Rufus.
The page and info on this item is confusing: it come as a pack of three trays, each of which can make 18 ice cubes at one time. Moreover, the product information says the number of items is 3 but the size is confusingly listed as “2-pack”. When we first queried Rufus it first told us it was one tray and when we requeried specify that the image showed three trays it came back saying that we would get two packs of three. We realistically weren’t expecting to get six trays, but the number of trays received per package needs to be clearly stated in the product information. Also, I suggest that the confusing up front statement that “This ice-maker makes 18 cubes” needs to be clarified to read “ Each ice-maker tray makes 18 cubes “ .

Broke in less than a month. Ice hard to get out.
I actually loved this thing at first but honestly the practicality of it is overrated. You’re better off spending $80 and getting a countertop ice maker. Before getting to the main issue, another big annoyance is they make it look like once you break the ice you can pour it right out. Simple as that. It never ONCE happened for me like that. Every time was a battle to get them all to pour out and getting ice shards all over the place in the process.Main problem is after having it less than a month it started leaking from the bottom. It’s simple to use so it’s not like you have to beat it to death to get the ice to break. Yeah it sometimes takes a little oomph to get it all to break, but for it to start leaking after minimal use? I didn’t even use it everyday. I woke up this morning to use it and opened the freezer only to see frozen ice all over and icicles from the shelf it dripped from and the thing a quarter empty. I filled it up again and left it in the sink to test it while we were gone for a few hours and when I got home it was about 3/4 the way empty, and if you hold it up you can visibly see it trickling from the bottom.I won’t be getting another one as if it broke this easily by just following the directions it’s not worth the risk. I got an $80 bullet-style countertop ice maker and it’s been infinitely better and makes ice super quick.
