After 30 days of taking this supplement, I have not seen a change in my husband's hair situation. Interesting product that has a multitude of vitamins, and supplement stress support products such as cherry extract, rosemary leaf powder, and turmeric powder. These capsules are larger than others I have taken, and taking three at one time is a lot to swallow. Since the amount is more than the daily recommended amount I am only taking 2 per day. They do not have an odor and do not cause me any side effects. I haven't finished the bottle yet and I am not expecting results to be noticeable until a few months.
