It must be an early review but basically I have trouble with my scalp being dry. I used the same shampoo over the years because it’s the only one I’m not allergic to. And I began to feel like my scalp itches to where by sideburns when I scratch I see shampoo residue and that I had itchy scalp like something crawling.I’ve only used this once but hopefully it’ll improved. As it says used twice a week, but so far with only one use, I have already felt something different, my scalp feels moisture and not dry and that when I ran my fingers I felt about 3 places where the scabs had dried up.Hopefully this will help stop with the hair falling because maybe I have dry scalp.Will update more later

First off , you need to find out what condition you have. i didnt know dry scalp and dandruff are two different things. this has cleared up my dry scalp almost 95%. ive dealt w these issues for years. ive tried everything from antibacterial soaps,tgel,benzoyl peroxide and salycilic acid washes. This may not work for you. Very Pleased w this shampoo. Also i have been using sugar scrub from TreeHut 4xs a week. it has helped immensely. Lots of water will help your skin issues as well

I don't really find this to be all that therapeutic to my scalp at all. But I have to say, I actually love the scent (I noticed others say they disliked it). I mean, I actually love it! Plus it lathers up like nothing I've ever seen before. Now, does that mean it's full of chemicals? I have no idea...I still haven't read the ingredients list. Will I purchase it again? Hmm, not sure. I had purchased two bottles. The price was reasonable considering they were shipped to me, although the bottle size is quite small. But you don't need much at each wash. Anyway, I probably won't purchase again just because of the price and because I simply don't feel it refreshed my scalp at all. (I put it on as soon as I get in the shower, and leave it on as I wash the rest of me so that it can stay on my scalp for several minutes, yet it doesn't seem to matter). Nevertheless, I still like it. But won't buy again due to $.

I severely suffered with product buildup and scalp flakes, this product has helped a lot. The thickness gives a great lather and cleans my scalp; it even leaves a shine and moisture. Although it strips my scalp of oils, it doesn’t leave my hair dry. There is no scent which I love because it’s for sensitive scalp.

I've started incorporating this shampoo in my curly girl routine as my once a month clarifying wash. Especially during the winter, my scalp tends to be very dry, tight, flaky, and itchy. I know it's time to clarify when my scalp feels uncomfortable (even right after washing) and my curls don't hold their shape as well. This shampoo immediately gets rid of the itchiness and flaking and essentially "resets" my hair. Curl products become much more effective, and my curls come back to life. And as someone who's sensitive to fragrances, I very much appreciate the lack of smell to this shampoo. Don't think you have to invest in special, expensive clarifying shampoos for curly hair -- this does the trick! :)

Saludos y buenos días, este shampoo es una maravilla, que digo maravilla es una verdadera creación de un producto que esta hecho a lo que estaba buscando un shampoo para quitarme las costras de caspa, resequedad y la condenada comezón, la verdad es que si desde los primeros días empezó a dar resultados favorables desde quitar la resequedad y la comezón hasta finalmente quitar costras gruesas de caspa, así también de eliminar restos de caspa o de piel muerta en la cuero cabelludo, además el producto tiene un olor neutral es decir no tiene fragancia que sea difícil de tolerar y sobre todo es que lo use varios días y los resultados son excelentes, así que buscas algo efectivo este shampoo es tu mejor opción.

I purchased the Neutrogena T/Sal Therapeutic Scalp Shampoo after reading about its 3% salicylic acid formula, hoping it would help manage scalp buildup and occasional flaking caused by seborrheic dermatitis. I’ve used other medicated shampoos in the past, but many left my hair feeling overly dry or provided only temporary relief. With this product, the results have been mixed, which is why I’m giving it three stars.On the positive side, the salicylic acid definitely helps with exfoliating the scalp. After a few uses, I noticed less itchiness and reduced visible flaking. It’s especially effective when left on the scalp for a few minutes before rinsing. The formula isn’t overly harsh, and it didn’t strip my hair completely of moisture, which is a plus.However, the results weren’t as consistent as I’d hoped. Sometimes it seemed to work well, and other times the itching and flaking returned the next day. I also noticed it works better when used in rotation with other shampoos rather than as a standalone solution. Another important note: the scent is very clinical, which might be off-putting for some, although it does rinse out fairly cleanly.The biggest drawback for me is the size of the bottle. At 4.5 oz, it’s quite small, especially if you’re using it a few times a week. I just used this for the first time today. Where I've been having issues already feels different, in a good way! I'm excited to see the results as time goes on. My hair feels soft and it's less frizzy than usual (my curly hair is unruly)
