Embroidery Stitches Step-by-Step Hardcover

It is always nice to have a hard cover book but, I still prefer YouTube instructional videos.

I am a beginner embroiderer and I find the illustrations of the stitches to be very well done and directions easy to follow.

JUST FYI : This is a 2015 re-release of a 1999 Dorling Kindersley book Stitch Sampler.The item was exactly as described and shipped in a timely manner.

loved it use to restore quilt, over holes put stitches found in the book. The person I was doing it for wanted the leaves esp. thank you.

This is a good book with very good instructions for basic embroidery and needlework stitches. However the illustrations on the cover would lead one to think it covered complex stitch combinations. I returned it as I already have books with basic stitch instruction.

Great book for beginners. Lots of explanations that are written in a way for those who have never embroidered can easily grasp. Also a lot pictures which I really appreciated, so that I can compare what I’ve done against what was in the book. Definitely recommend for beginners to help get you started.

J'adore ce livre. Très complet. Énormément de points: à la fois de points de base courants et des points que je découvre( c'est le même livre que le livre français de 200 points de broderie éditions dessin et toltra qui n'est plus édité: mêmes photos, même schémas)
