No exaggeration, I wore these every single day for a 24/7 bottomless cruise that lasted one whole week. Like many people, I have a rather complex schedule juggling work parenting and a very dedicated daily exercise regime. Unfortunately, I often take issues to bed with me which sometimes makes it challenging to get a much needed restful sleep. When I saw the sleep patches version of this product i decided to give it a try but ended up ordering the party version(recovery patches) by mistake. I rarely drink alcohol so I thought to exchange them (easy returns from prime) but after reading a few reviews, I saw how some people have benefited by placing the patches on sore areas after a workout so i used them four days in a row on my habitually after-workout sore ankle and knee. I am both surprised and happy to report that i’ve experienced a noticeably speedier workout recovery time! I did also have one occasion to try these patches prior to consuming a few drinks during a very late Saturday night, where i woke up the next day without any kind of headache or dehydration issue. Something positive is definitely going on.My only Very minor complaint is that the patches don’t adhere as well as i would like, but other than that, so far I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be ordering the sleep patch version.

I recently got the recovery patches and gave them a try. First off, very easy to use. Just peel and stick. Didn’t leave any sticky residue either. Definitely helped with the morning after. No headache or groggy feeling and I was able to get up and start my day quickly.

This is a great supplement patch for overall wellness, that can also be used to prevent hangovers. I love how it contains ingredients such as B12, Magnesium, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. It works to hydrate my body after workouts and alcoholic drinks, as well as stabilize my vitamin intake, so I'm not losing additional amounts of nutrients. You get over a months supply of these patches, to use as needed. The results for the patch can take as little as one hour, with a maximum effectiveness of about four. Be sure to place it where it won't interfere with clothing, as the adhesive won't be as effective if you need to adjust it. I recommend applying it within the rib-cage area, where your body doesn't get much movement. I love how it keeps you alert when consuming drinks, and you don't feel the usual fatigue as the drinks wear off. Since it isn't in a capsule form, it didn't disrupt my stomach (or cause any nausea) and with the product being comprised of natural ingredients, there's was no additional worry for harmful chemicals or addictive properties. My friend had me try this on a cruise, but the label said for men and they worked amazing and stuck to skin. The product does not stick to skin, patch is much bigger then friends patchex. I had ZERO affect when I wore it, but again they don't stick. I opened 2nd pack thinking maybe a fluke, but same result. Should have returned them before opening 2nd pack.
