Highly recommend!!!! I use the elderberry one yes they are pricey but they don't taste awful and they really give you a boost throughout the day especially if your in the gym! I started taking these as I'm on the mounjaro jab and needed to get my electrolytes in. I'd Highly recommend to be honest, as all the other electrolytes I've seen that are cheap are full of crap, sweetners, dextrose which is so bad for you!

4 stars just because of the price of this as it is very high, but I thought I’d try out anyway.Went with the lychee flavour as found in the reviews that was the best best tasting in opinions. It does taste nice, takes abit of a stir to get it all mixed up, there’s no fizz to it at all like other hydration tabs.It does its job, doesn’t give you energy or anything like that. I took it on mornings as my first drink of the day then post workout.Would I buy again, maybe if it was on offer otherwise I’d just stick with Phizz or SIS hydration tablets, as they are much cheaper and not far off the same levels of ingredients.

This is a surprisingly efficient refreshing drink. I bought it because of the warm weather. And it actually helped with headaches and general bad mood - it sort of revives the body and the mind. Very interesting. This time the label doesn’t exaggerate - Nutritional, kind of a multivitamin.

Only ok. Lemon Lime is weak at best, the lychee is a nicer, stronger flavour. Prefer another brand, notice more of a difference with them than these. Saw all the social media hype and it doesn't stack up for me. No energy difference when used for training, not very effective.

I’ve tried all the flavours from this brand and would definitely say this is the best of them all (apricot close 2nd). I personally find the powders to be slightly salty with normal water but definitely better than other electrolyte brands. I’ve cut out fizzy drinks so this is my replacement. I have mine with sparkling water and it tastes like sprite/7UP. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing very tasty, felt hydrated instantly. Face looks smoother and softer I would recommend product to anyone. Just the price to quantity but I guess they do other 15% discount with first orders and additional discount after orders so can’t complain.
