Yes..., it includes pre-defined memory map locations where you can read the Temperature and Humidity value, and also includes memory locations where you can write an Off-Set value to the Temperature and Humidity sensor to calibrate them.

Q: Where do I download the manual ?

Seaech on interbet model and you find manual and instructions.

Q: Does it requires programming? does it comes with a manual if so? is the data transmitted without rs485 request? at what periodic rate if so?

It may or may not require programming..., provided if you want to calibrate the sensors. But you will definitely have to communicate with the sensor. And either Modbus RTU or UART RS-485 are the only two methods. You will have to web search how these protocol work. The Baud Rate is 9600. Yes it comes with a manual and you can also download it from the web. Modbus RTU is a software communication protocol which incorporates RS-485, the serial hardware communication protocol. So you can find a lot Modbus RTU protocol out there on the web..., some free and some paid for. I bought the paid-for ones because i wanted all the flexibility in the software.
