really love this supplement! it has helped me sleep much better at night, i have noticed that. I've only been taking it for a couple weeks, so other symptoms i haven't noticed, but i will keep watching for it.

I personally do not feel that these work as well as some of the others.

For me, it worked good. It made me calmer, I felt relaxed when tense situations arose and I had deeper sleep but I started having weird dreams that border being “bad dreams”. It’s not often, I would say that in a 3 week span, it’s been 3-4 times but that’s more than I experience normally in that span of time. I’ve tried taking the pill at different times of the day to see if they would stop. I’ve also stopped the pills at one point and then restarted taking them again. Nothing worked. It took a couple of days after taking them to have these dreams. They haven’t ceased with any change I do so I’m just going to stop taking the pills which is disappointing because I did like them.

It helps with relaxing and getting better sleep. As far as the cortisol part, I'm not sure if there is any affect on that.
