6 Packs of Almus Ranitidine Tablets (72 capsules)

AVOID!!! Advert doesn't match the product. It feels like a fake product as there is no relief from heartburn and when youre pregnant you really need to be 100% about what you're taking. This has no pharmaceutical history which is a RED FLAG!! I wish I'd checked it out before but you just trust it's what it is?! I used to take just 1 tablet of Numark ranitidine a day, sometimes 2. Prior to finding ranitidine I suffered horrific heartburn to the point of throwing up every time I ate and had 5 months straight of 1/2 hours sleep a night.I decided to purchase 6 boxes of this product rather than my usual one as worked out a little cheaper. There's a reason for that. I had to take 5 tablets in 4 hours to even get a 10% reduction. It returned an hour or two later. You are NOT meant to take more than 2 a day and I'm sure the 75mg of active ingredient is a LIE. This product needs Amazon to look into its legitimacy further as seems I'm not the only one. I prefer to KNOW wjat I'm taking is safe for my baby. It could cost his life and he's not even born yet.No refunds or replies from the seller only adds another Red Flag
