Below are the precautions to be taken when connecting the camera to the App:

① When you open the App for the first time, please make sure to open all the permissions required by the App. If you are not sure whether you have opened all the permissions required by the App, you can try to uninstall the software and download it again, and open the permissions according to the pop-up window prompts when you open the software. The App can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
② Android 11 system or more mobile phones need to open the positioning permissions, Apple phones need to open the Bluetooth permissions within; please rest assured that this is a mobile phone system requirements, there will be no privacy security.
③ Before connecting to WiFi, you can try to temporarily turn off your mobile phone's 4G/5G data network before connecting to ensure the stability of the camera's WiFi signal and successful connection.
④ After your phone is successfully connected to the camera WiFi, when you open the app, please make sure that your phone is connected to the camera's built-in WiFi without automatically switching to other WiFi signals.
