After burning up lighter weight "granite" style non-stick aluminum pans, I decided to give these a shot. I love these pans. I like the heft, even heating, and non-stick textured cooking surface. These handle heat from a gas stove so much better. Lightweight pans overheat so quickly, but these heat up slower and more evenly. I liked these so much, that I bought the 8, 10, 12, and 14" sizes. If the other sizes go on sale, I'll snatch them up, too. I feel like with proper care and use, these pans will last a long time. As with any non-stick pan, avoid the dishwasher, overheating, and metal utensils. I also bought universal silicone/glass lids to complement them.

I’ve waited a while to write a review to make sure there were no issues with the nonstick surface, warping, etc - and I have to say this skillet is a great buy - it takes a while to warm up (and cool down) but I’ll give it a thumbs up for sure! The size is great for just about everything you’d want to cook in a skillet too.

November 28 Update: The original review is below "as written". After some feedback on Amazon, it looked like the pan I had was not normal, so I reached out to customer service. AMAZING support ! They replied to my email within a few hours and had several options for me to choose or ask if I had a better idea of how to proceed. I went with a replacement pan and it arrived about 5 days later. The new pan is much better. I still won't say its 100% flat, but if I would have received this pan originally, I never would have questioned it. This one works as expected. Customer service really took the issue seriously and corrected it to my satisfaction. I hope they maintain this level of support. Review of the pan goes to 5 stars now.Really liked the original 3 piece set and gave it a great review. I picked up the big pan and have some serious reservations 🚧 Same non-stick performance but one big flaw … it’s not flat❗️There is a bid “dome” on the cooking side that causes all the oil / butter / au jeu to drain to the sides allowing the center to overcook / burn and the sides to get overly greased up. It’s not just a little off, it’s close to 5 mm off in the center❗️the photos are the outside bottom of the pan; the inside is exactly the same but in the opposite direction.I don’t know if this how they all are of this is just a defective unit. If it’s intentional, it’s a bad design. If it’s a factory flaw, I don’t know how it passed quality control. Either way, I can’t recommend this big one.

My favorite pans! I now have the 8”,10”,12” and 14”. Absolutely nothing sticks to them so far!

So far this is a great frying pan. Nothing sticks and cooking surface is large enough to fry a few things at the same time such as sausage and eggs. I ordered a universal lid to cover when I make things like spaghetti sauce.. Glad I got this pan!UPDATE:After lightly using this pan for about 6 weeks it now has a bumped up area in the middle of the pan. I contacted the seller via email and they first offered a 50% refund since I’ve been using the pan. Seriously. When I told them I want a full refund they hollered back ‘60%’ and I keep the pan. I accepted that negotiated offer as I was tired of fooling around with this back and forth email. I recommend you don’t waste your money on this pan.

Great low price (on-sale). It's huge, which is great for cooking large meals. The quality is very good.

Nice size and shape. Quality construction. The negative is that the pan has hot spots even though it’s supposed to be cast metal and I always preheat my pans. You have to move food around to get an even cook. Unfortunate.

These pans are absolutely amazing. My most favorite kitchen cooking pans I've ever had. Hands down.
